In 1987, our founder apprenticed under a master smith named Ustad Rahim. For seven years, he swept floors, stoked fires, and watched. When he finally picked up the hammer, the tradition was already in his hands.
Today, the same forge runs three shifts. Forty master smiths, each with their own signature. Every blade hand-forged, hand-finished, and stamped with its maker's mark.

Forge Welding
Layers of 15N20 and 1084 are stacked, welded, and drawn out.

Pattern Development
Twist, ladder, raindrop, or mosaic — chosen per piece.

Heat Treatment
Precise thermal cycling to 58–60 HRC for lasting edge retention.

Hand Finish
Acid etch reveals the pattern. Handles shaped and oiled by hand.
